Privacy Notice

This notice explains how NNY Tech Corp handles information in PolicyWorks. A client agreement or client privacy notice may provide additional details for a particular organization.

Information processed

PolicyWorks processes account email addresses, organization and workplace details, questionnaire responses, generated documents, revisions, approvals, and security or audit events. The service is not intended to collect employee personnel files or highly sensitive personal records.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, create and maintain workplace documents, manage review and access, provide support, protect the service, and satisfy contractual or legal obligations.

AI-assisted drafting

Questionnaire content needed to generate a draft is sent to NNY Tech Corp’s configured AI service. PolicyWorks requests that generated responses not be stored by that service. The resulting document and questionnaire history remain in PolicyWorks so authorized users can review and maintain them.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, email, and AI providers supporting PolicyWorks. NNY Tech Corp does not sell PolicyWorks client content. Access is limited by organization and assigned role.

Security and retention

NNY Tech Corp uses access controls, encrypted connections, restricted secrets, and activity records designed to protect client information. Records are retained according to the client agreement, operational needs, and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

Contact your organization’s administrator to correct account or document information. Organization administrators may request an export or deletion subject to contractual retention requirements and legal holds.
