Terms of Use

PolicyWorks is an invite-only workplace policy drafting and document-management service owned and operated by NNY Tech Corp. Your organization’s agreement with NNY Tech Corp may contain additional terms that control its use of the service.

Authorized use

You may use PolicyWorks only for the organization and purposes for which access was granted. You are responsible for safeguarding sign-in links and for the accuracy and appropriateness of information submitted to the service.

Human review is required

PolicyWorks provides AI-assisted drafts and workflow tools. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Generated material may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular employer or jurisdiction. A qualified HR professional or employment attorney should review every document before adoption or distribution.

Client content

Your organization retains responsibility for its submitted facts, document content, approvals, and employment decisions. Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, disciplinary case details, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another client’s records, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use generated content without the required review.

Availability and changes

NNY Tech Corp may maintain, secure, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary. Material commercial or service commitments are governed by the applicable client agreement.
